- Last night we got to fall asleep listening to the peaceful rain falling. That's the best way to fall asleep.
- Crisp cool air creeping in the slightly open window made for a cozy sleep in the fleece sheets. I've always used flannel sheets on our beds in the cooler weather but a good friend kept raving about her fleece sheets. How much better can they really be???....well they are awesome!!! Kohl's had them on sale last week so now each of us have set on our beds and it makes getting up in the morning much more difficult! Brett has thanked me at least 3x every day for putting fuzzy sheets on his bed...and they've become my bargaining tool with him!
- Our new Target store opened this morning! YEAHHHH!!! I Love Target! It's not a SuperTarget which would make it that much better, but I'll settle for this. It has a Starbucks so we'll probably go broke this winter buying coffees while we shop cuz who can resist sipping a warm, frothy coffee when it's freezing outside.
- I've decided that I really don't like Wednesdays. Brett doesn't have 4yr Kindergarten on Wednesdays and he's a bear. He's asked about 25x already if today is a school day...I hope he doesn't loose this enthusiasm for school for at least 16 years.
- My sinus headache is back in full swing this afternoon....feels fabulous!
- I'm in love with Target.
- I'm thinking about paint colors for the new playroom/entertainment room...wish I could visualize things better so I don't have to paint it 5x before getting it right! The carpet is a very neutral tan Berber type...I'm leaning towards a similar color for the walls and then accenting with a vibrant tone of ????
- Wondering why my 2yr old daughter insists on dorking around instead of napping. She's been in her bed for 1.5 hrs and not slept a wink. If only someone would insit that I take a nap every day!
- 2 more sleeps before my husband gets home...can't wait!
- I'm wishing my littlest sister lived closer or would come for a visit....yes I miss her (I miss my brother and my other sister too) but I really need a massage and she's the only one I can afford.
- My daugher is now singing "Happy Birthday" to herself....her bedroom is right above my computer. Whatever it takes to keep oneself awake I guess!
- I love Target....did I forget to mention that?

So...just out of curiousity, do you like Target at all?;-) That's cool they have a Starbucks...YUM! Hope your day is better tomorrow...and that Dolly takes a nap for you and Brett has fun at school!(Is tomorrow a school day?):-)
Have I told you how much I love Target, too? Are your kids as obsessed with the red concrete balls out front, too? They think they're the coolest part!!
Glad we got to spend a little time with you guys this weekend. Taylor & Daryn always get along so well. She is a little doll for sure. I have a cute picture of her on the swing if me to send it to you.
